Karnataka PG Medical College Admission 2021-22
Karnataka Examination Authority is the counselling conducting authority of Karnataka PG Medical 2021 Admission. The counselling of admission to Karnataka PG Medical 2021 will be online and offline. The registration process of Karnataka PG Medical Admission 2021 will be only online. Karnataka Examination Authority will not take any other entrance exam for Karnataka PG Medical Admission 2021 in MD/ MS/ PG Diploma/ MDS programmes. Admission to Karnataka PG Medical 2021 will be done on the basis of NEET PG score for All India 50% Quota and 50% State Quota. The results published by National Board of Examination (NBE) will be taken into consideration for the preparation of Karnataka PG Medical 2021 Admission merit list. The total number of seats in Karnataka PG Medical Admission 2021 is 1090 seats in government colleges and 1220 seats in private colleges. Karnataka PG Medical Admission 2021 offers 38 MD/MS programmes offered under 50% state quota seats. The Admission to All India 50% Quota Seats will be conducted by Medical Council of India (MCC). Karnataka PG Medical Eligibility Criteria 2021-22
The candidate must be a citizen of India for admission in Karnataka PG Medical 2021.
The candidate must have studied from a University/Institute recognised by the Medical Council of India and it should be located in Karnataka, or the candidate should be a domicile of Karnataka (must have lived 10 years in Karnataka if his/her college is outside Karnataka.
The candidate is required to complete ‘Compulsory Rotating Internship’ on or before March 31, 2021, for Karnataka PG Medical Admission 2021.
The candidate who is already holding a postgraduate degree in any speciality will not be eligible for any other postgraduate degree or diploma.
The candidate who is already holding a postgraduate diploma in any speciality can only apply for a degree in that particular speciality and will not be eligible for any other postgraduate degree or diploma.
The candidate must be less than 45 years of age for Karnataka PG Medical 2021 Admission.
The candidate is also eligible if his/her either one of the parents is serving or retired as an employee of All India Services, Karnataka cadre of the State Government and is studying from the first standard to the degree leading in the qualifying examination
The candidate who is a child of Central Government or State Government employee or Joint Secretary working continuously in Karnataka for at least three years as on March 31, 2021 is also eligible for Karnataka PG Medical 2021 Admission.
The candidate is also eligible if he/she is a child of a Member of Parliament from Karnataka and completed schooling from Delhi for Admission in Karnataka PG Medical 2021.
The candidate is a child of serving Defence personnel or Ex-servicemen whose address at the time of joining the Defence Service was in Karnataka is also eligible.

Karnataka PG Medical Admission Form 2021
The registration process of Admission in Karnataka PG Medical 2021 will be online only.
The registration form for NRI/ Management quota seats will be tentatively released in the month of May 2021.
Only those candidates whose name appears in the merit list are eligible to fill the registration form.
The candidates have to fill all their details like NEET PG 2021 Application Number, NEET PG score.
The candidates have to make the payment through e-challan and submit at the time of verification of documents.
The application form will be released in the last week of February 2021. The last date to fill the application form will be the first week of March 2021.
The application fee is Rs. 1000 for General Category and Rs. 500 for SC/ST category.
Only those candidates who have filled the application form are allowed to enter the verification hall.

Karnataka PG Medical Merit List 2021
The merit list of Karnataka PG Medical Admission 2021 will come out in the second week of March 2021. The result for NRI/Management quota in Karnataka PG Medical Admission 2021 will be released in the first week of May 2021. Karnataka Examination Authority will release the name of the candidates who were eligible in terms of score and comes under above-mentioned eligibility criteria of Karnataka PG Medical 2021 Admission. The candidates have to register online and then verify their documents. Karnataka Examination Authority will announce the merit list on the basis of NEET PG score. Only the candidates who have registered successfully and verified their documents will be included in Karnataka PG Medical Merit List 2021. Karnataka PG Medical Counselling 2021
The counselling will tentatively start in the month of April 2021 for Admission in Karnataka PG Medical 2021. The candidates will be allotted seats which come under 50% State Quota on the basis of NEET PG 2021 scores for Karnataka PG Medical 2021 Admission. The candidates are required to verify their documents again for the counselling of Karnataka PG Medical 2021 Admission. The counselling session of Karnataka PG Medical Admission 2021 will start in the first week of April 2021.
