Bachelor of Dental Surgery B.D.S Course (4 Year + 1 Year internship)
“ The undergraduate dental programme leading to BDS Degree shall be of 4 (four) academic years plus one year rotating internship in a Dental College.
Every student will be required , after passing the final BDS examination, to undergo one year rotating internship in a Dental college.
The internship shall be compulsory and BDS Degree shall be granted after completion of one year internship”.
The candidate must be an Indian National / N.R.I Candidate who has passed 12th Class examination under 10+2 system or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology securing a minimum of 50% marks aggregate in theory and practical taken together, are eligible to apply for admission.
The candidate should attain the age of 17(Seventeen) years as on 31st December of the year admission
Note:-
Students must be NEET qualified for the year of admission to be considered based on their merit percentile marks.
How to Apply?
Candidates must secure minimum 50% in the Science subjects at the 12th Board Exam and qualify in the NEET exam conducted by the competent authority during the Year of admission, to be eligible for admission to the B.D.S. course.
The short listed students would be determined based on the Merit list prepared from among the eligible candidates registered with the institute
